We will treat your private information in dealing a transaction. The followings are our explanation.
We declare and make well known to our employees and other related persons the policy of protection of private information, and implement, improve and maintain it. Further, when we acquire private information, we do so in legal and fair means and never acquire it in an illegal way. Also, we notify you that your private information is supplied voluntarily and, of the results brought to you when you do not supply it.
(1) Private information acquired through exchange of a business card between our employee and you;
(2) Private information disclosed by you through Web form, email, fax, phone, etc., to us;
(3) Private information disclosed by you when we perform the mobile contents providing services;
(4) Private information entrusted to do the business below:
- Work as Executive Office for WEB application service; and
- Maintenance business for WEB application service.
(1) Performance of a contract with you, and contract management;
(2) Mobile contents providing service to you;
(3) Management of collection and claim amounts in mobile contents providing service; or other
(4) Performance of our business and response to inquiries on our business.
(5) Other than the above, we specify the object of use and contact window when we acquire private information. We do not use the private information acquired thereby beyond the scope of the object of use indicated to you.
We do not disclose or supply a third party, in principle, with private information held by us except for any of the following cases:
(1) Upon your consent; or
(2) In accordance with the laws and regulations.
(1) We implement the reasonable security measures to prevent divulge, loss or destruction, etc. of private information and take a necessary correction step. However, you are requested to understand that there is no absolute technology to prevent illegal access.

“Cookie” or “Web Beacon” might be used on the website established by us.
“Cookie” is a small information file for exchange between your personal computer and the website. We use it only for the purpose to improve the contents of the website or services to be provided to your further satisfaction.
“Web Beacon” is a technology that works with “Cookie” and that gets to know the situation of access from your computer and collects the statistic on browsing of web pages.
