Catalyst Mobile K.K. (hereinafter referred to as “We”) is aware of the mission and responsibility as an enterprise that provides mobile solution contents services and tackles with appropriate protection of private information in order to obtain trust from customers.

• 1. We acquire and use private information taking into consideration the contents and scale of the business mentioned above.
  It is our principle not to treat private information beyond the necessary extent to achieve the object of use without your prior consent. We take a step for this purpose.
• 2. We never provide your private information to any third party without your consent or except a justifiable reason under the laws and regulations.
• 3. We observe the laws and regulations, guidelines and other rules established by the government on private information.
• 4. We take a step to prevent divulge, loss or destruction of private information held by us and take a necessary remedial step.
• 5. We establish a contact window for complaints and consultation relating to treatment of private information and management system of private information protection, and thereby we correspond to them (please refer to the window below for contact).
• 6. We operate the management system of private information protection under JIS (JISQ 15001) and continue to review it for improvement.

Privacy Policy

We will treat your private information in dealing a transaction. The followings are our explanation.

1. Our basic stance on treatment of private information

We declare and make well known to our employees and other related persons the policy of protection of private information, and implement, improve and maintain it. Further, when we acquire private information, we do so in legal and fair means and never acquire it in an illegal way. Also, we notify you that your private information is supplied voluntarily and, of the results brought to you when you do not supply it.

2. Private information treated by us

(1) Private information acquired through exchange of a business card between our employee and you;
(2) Private information disclosed by you through Web form, email, fax, phone, etc., to us;
(3) Private information disclosed by you when we perform the mobile contents providing services;
(4) Private information entrusted to do the business below:
- Work as Executive Office for WEB application service; and
- Maintenance business for WEB application service.

3. Object of use private information treated by us

(1) Performance of a contract with you, and contract management;
(2) Mobile contents providing service to you;
(3) Management of collection and claim amounts in mobile contents providing service; or other
(4) Performance of our business and response to inquiries on our business.
(5) Other than the above, we specify the object of use and contact window when we acquire private information. We do not use the private information acquired thereby beyond the scope of the object of use indicated to you.

4. Non disclosure and non supply of private information to a third party

We do not disclose or supply a third party, in principle, with private information held by us except for any of the following cases:
(1) Upon your consent; or
(2) In accordance with the laws and regulations.

5. Security measures for private information treated by us

(1) We implement the reasonable security measures to prevent divulge, loss or destruction, etc. of private information and take a necessary correction step. However, you are requested to understand that there is no absolute technology to prevent illegal access.
(2) We educate our employees for protection of private information on a regular basis.

6. Acquisition of private information from the website

– On Cookie, Web Beacon
“Cookie” or “Web Beacon” might be used on the website established by us.
“Cookie” is a small information file for exchange between your personal computer and the website. We use it only for the purpose to improve the contents of the website or services to be provided to your further satisfaction.
“Web Beacon” is a technology that works with “Cookie” and that gets to know the situation of access from your computer and collects the statistic on browsing of web pages.
We do not collect any information that can identify you and your computer by “Cookie” or “Web Beacon”. If you do not want to use “Cookie” or “Web Beacon”, you can stop using them by setting your browser.

7. Contact for disclosure, correction, suspension of use and complaints, etc.

You can request the notice of the purpose of use, disclosure, suspension of use, deletion, suspension of provision to a third party as well as correction, addition and deletion of private information held by us resulting from the disclosure (hereinafter referred to as “Request of Disclosure, etc.”).

However, we can not meet the Request of Disclosure, etc. that relates to evaluation, for which your understanding is requested. Please contact with the “contact window on protection of private information” regarding the details of the Request of Disclosure, etc.

In addition, you can raise complaints or consultation on our treatment of private information and private information protection management.
